A campsite reserved uniquely for adults...
Located between Brive La Gaillarde and Cahors, in the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park, the Château de Lacomté Country Club campsite is a top-of-the-range open-air hotel nestling at the heart of a superb green setting. Reserved for adults, it prides itself on offering peace and quiet and tranquillity to those coming to stay there.
A genuine haven of peace, the Château de Lacomté Country Club is an independent establishment converted into an open-air hotel by its owners, originally from the United Kingdom. The building which dominates the campsite nowadays accommodates the reception as well as “Les Etoiles”, the campsite restaurant. This offers local gastronomic cuisine served in convivial and warm surroundings.
To accompany this excellent locally-produced cuisine, a rigorously selected rich and varied wine list (Cahors, Bergerac and other wines), has been developed over time and through the discoveries of your hosts.
A peaceful and relaxing stay in the Lot...
At the campsite of the Château de Lacomté Country Club, nature really is king. The campsite spread over several hectares is in large part wooded, and all of its plots are verdant. In total, this campsite has 86 “Confort” (“Comfort”) pitches and a number of “Freedom” pitches.
The former pitches are equipped with a 10-amp electricity supply stretching over a minimum surface area of 110 m². The “Freedom”, pitches are similar in every respect to the “Confort” pitches, except that holidaymakers choosing to stay in these plots are also supplied with keys to a car, enabling them to shop or sightsee without being disturbed. The pitches are therefore the perfect compromise for travellers coming to the Château de Lacomté Country Club in their camper van, on foot or even by bicycle when a road trip takes them through the Lot.
On-site, holidaymakers are able to make the most of the typical peace and quiet of the location to relax, rest, read and indulge in daydreaming and even idleness, but also take part in a little sport and have fun.
Unforgettable holidays in Truffle country and the presence of walled towns...

On-site there is also an open-air tennis court, as well as basketball and volleyball courts.
The château spa enables those who wish to do so the opportunity to have a massage, enjoy a manicure or body and face care. A beautician is on hand there to lavish well-being and beauty pointers upon you throughout the campsite season.
Once a week during the summer, barbecues are arranged on the terrace dominating the swimming pool, so that everybody can meet up for a convivial evening. During this event, live concerts are on offer for the greatest delight of music lovers, whether jazz, blues, rock or ragtime. Cocktails and quiz evenings are also lined up during the high season.
