A 4-star campsite to the south-east of Angers...
It is just a stone’s throw from Angers, the capital of the Maine et Loire département, and the starting point for the Vallée des Rois (Valley of Kings), that the Parc de Montsabert campsite is located. The latter enjoys one of the most delightful settings with its wooded and landscaped campsite set up in the vicinity of a fortified château, the initial foundations of which date back to the 14th century. It was subsequently converted into a small fortress by the Constable, Bertrand Du Guesclin, when he became the Lord.

At the foot of the trees scattered over this luxury Anjou campsite, some of which are more than 100 years old, a multitude of chalets and cottages are offered as holiday rentals. Spacious and comfortable, they can accommodate, dependent upon their configuration, from 2 to 7 people. It is worth noting that it is also possible, for lovers of glamping to stay in out-of-the-ordinary gypsy caravans with a living room, a fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Pitches are 2, 3 and 4 star, as well as the Premium plots which are also available.
