Le Domaine de la Bergerie, prestigious address on the heights of the Côte d'Azur

Le Domaine de la Bergerie is located about 10 kilometres from Fréjus, on the heights of the municipality of Roquebrune sur Argens, and it takes 10 minutes to reach the beaches of the Côte d'Azur, in the Var. Nestled in a wooded and hilly 60-acres park, this exceptional 5-star campsite welcomes tourists looking for a dream resort in the heart of the French Riviera.

One of the most beautiful campsites in the South of France

This 5-star campsite in Fréjus lies in the magnificent scenery of the hinterland of the Var, about 10 minutes from the beaches and coves of the Côte d'Azur. Settled on graduated terraces, this outdoor establishment has nearly 500 pitches, in the shade of umbrella pines, cork oaks and mimosas that dot the site. 200 of these pitches are destined to accommodate tents, caravans and campers. Separated by high hedges to preserve the intimacy of the campers, they have a surface ranging from 80 to 100 m².

300 other pitches are occupied by modern and comfortable quality mobile homes. The most luxury mobile homes of le Domaine de la Bergerie are the Premium cottages, which can accommodate up to 4 people. With a resolute modern architecture, their roof is partly occupied by a sunbathing area, while the other part is rounded and contrasts with the other rentals. These Premium mobile homes are also equipped with large panoramic windows, procuring maximum luminosity to the guests staying here for a few days or a few weeks. They consist of a fully equipped kitchen, a living with all comfort, a bathroom, a separate toilet and two or three bedrooms, depending on the model. There's a second terrace, on the ground floor, to enjoy outdoor meals.

The former sheepfold, which gave its name to the campsite, is now occupied by a restaurant proposing a traditional and refined cuisine. The terrace of the bar, shaded by centenary mulberry trees, overlooks the water complex. The campsite also features a small supermarket and a snack/ burger/ rotisserie chicken place, very convenient if you don't feel like cooking!

For a high-end holiday

Even though the nearest beaches are only 10 minutes from le Domaine de la Bergerie, this luxury campsite in the Var has its own water park. It extends over an area of 1,200 m², and includes a great lagoon for outdoor swimming, but also an indoor pool with whirlpool, an artificial river, water slides and a fun water area for children with a paddling pool, games and mini water slides.

Guests can also enjoy the wellness facilities of le Domaine de la Bergerie with massage cabins, a sauna, a hammam, a room for fitness and another one for body building.

Among the other facilities of this exceptional establishment we mention the five tennis courts, a multi sports ground and a court for jeu-de-boules lovers. A mini-golf, an archery stand and a paintball field are also available within the property. The youngest are not forgotten either! Apart from the traditional children's clubs, they can enjoy themselves on one of the two playgrounds or even in the mini ranch of the campsite. Le Domaine de la Bergerie also has its own nightclub for teenagers.

On the French Riviera

Settled in the hinterland of the Var, this establishment is an ideal base to explore the Côte d'Azur. After all, it is only takes 10 minutes to reach the beaches and less than 15 minutes to reach Fréjus by car. Therefore, staying on le Domaine de la Bergerie gives tourists the possibility to visit the most popular landmarks of the French Riviera, like Saint Tropez, Sainte Maxime or Ramatuelle, but also Cannes, Antibes and Cagnes sur Mer.

The Esterel Massif, with its creeks and semi-mountainous landscapes extending into the backcountry, is filled with tourist sights, from medieval villages, and ancient ruins to exceptional nature sites. To discover their beauty, there's no better idea than to make a walking, mountain biking or horse riding trip in the heart of these nature parks of the Var.

Further North, in the foothills of the Alpes, you can discover the gorges of the Verdon, the lake of Holy Cross or the lake of Esparron, counting among the most beautiful sites of the PACA region,
