At the end of it, opposite the ocean, restaurants, bars, ice cream vendors, shops selling beachwear and beach equipment and a surf school await you.
On the campsite, there is a brand new water park for all the family! This consists of a paddling pool for young swimmers, swimming pool for lovers of swimming and sunbathing terrace to get a tan, whilst reading your current novel in peace, keeping an eye on your family splashing about nearby.

Go off to explore the feria (southern France festival) towns, such as Dax or Mont de Marsan as well the major lakes on the Côte d’Argent (Atlantic coast south of the Gironde estuary to Tarnos)… On the Basque coast, head for Bayonne, Bidart, Biarritz, Espelette, Ainhoa or even Saint Jean Pied de Port!
Near the campsite, bike lovers can take the Vélodyssée, a cycle route which runs along the Atlantic coast, from Brittany to the Basque Country. This is one of the ten best cycling routes in the world, the Landes stretch being the longest on the trail. There are 160 kilometres of trails between Biscarrosse and Tarnos!
Lastly, if you wish to make the most of the campsite’s proximity to Spain, be aware that a train from Hendaye enables you to go to Saint Sébastien in less than 30 minutes. This town, popular with tourists visiting the Spanish Basque Country abounds in treasures, particularly in the centre within the Parte Vieja old town district.
