The Presqu’île de Rhuys, located 25 minutes from Vannes, is one of the most outstanding tourist attractions in Morbihan. This strip of land, separating the south of the Gulf of Morbihan from the Atlantic Ocean, faces the islands of Hoëdic, Houat and the Quiberon Peninsula. Moreover, it is close to the latter and less than a quarter of an hour by road from Sarzeau town centre, the largest commune of the Presqu’île de Rhuys, that the 4-star campsite Manoir de Ker an Poul is located Hardly 800 metres from the latter, the superb Penvins beach turns out to be a delightful spot for bathing. As its name indicates, the campsite occupies the magnificent park Manoir de Ker an Poul. Listed as a historic monument since 1968, this residence is a typical example of Breton architecture, with its granite stone walls and its slate-covered roofs. Probably built during the 15th century, the country house has seen several waves of expansion throughout its history. Since 1955, it has been transformed into a campsite and has accommodated countless holidaymakers ever since.

A genuine green setting and place of well-being, this park stretches out over a wooded surface area of 6.5 hectares. Nearly 300 plots have been laid out. Of these 97 pitches are intended to accommodate campers and their tent, caravan or camper. The Manoir de Ker An Poul campsite also has 86 holiday hire accommodation units.
The latter divide into various types of accommodation, able to accommodate 2 to 8 people, depending upon their layout. There are thus various mobile homes as well as two types of out of the ordinary holiday hire units, these being caravans and Tithome cabins.
As regards services, the Sarzeau campsite can pride itself in offering everything necessary to its holidaymakers. Holidaymakers who can make the most, in the country house's inner courtyard, of a fresh bread outlet every morning, bar – restaurant and takeaway/snack bar. They can also take advantage of a launderette, access to a Wi-Fi network and other facilities.
There is an aquatic park, with an indoor heated pool and an outdoor pool.
Amongst the most popular recreational and/or sports facilities of the Manoir de Ker An Poul, its aquatic complex should be mentioned. The latter consists of numerous facilities, such as a heated covered swimming pool open throughout the season, an outdoor swimming pool which is also heated, a heated landing pool for the complex's three water slides, a spa bath, two children's paddling pools as well as multiple other water games for the very young!
We have to detail the presence on the campsite of a multi-sports ground, a games room, a children's play area, an area for playing boules, table tennis tables and a bicycle hire service.
In the high season, a multitude of entertainment and activities are offered to holidaymakers. Children aged 5 to 12 can go to the children's club at Manoir de Ker An Poul, and take part in games and activities offered by a team of qualified activity leaders. They also organize sports tournaments, aquafun sessions, aqua aerobics classes, water polo matches, pétanque competitions and plenty more. Come nightfall, themed evenings or concerts bring the summer twilight to life on this 4-star Sarzeau campsite!
