A luxury campsite just a stone’s throw from Venice
The Ca’Savio campsite is located just a stone’s throw from Venice, one of the most romantic cities in Italy. Opposite the Adriatic Sea, running alongside a sandy beach on the Cavallino Treporti coast, this establishment occupies wooded and lush grounds of around 10 hectares south of the Ca’Savio hamlet from which it takes its name. Barely 2 kilometres from the campsite, this hamlet is one of Cavallino’s twelve districts. Crossed by the Saccagnana canal, it has a small port, where you can easily get a boat to sail on the Venetian lagoon and reach Venice…
The campsite, stretching over more than ten or so hectares, is home beneath the trees to spacious pitches and comfortable holiday rentals. Plots intended to accommodate traditional campers are shaded for the most part. Campers can make the most of the shade and coolness, during the season’s warmest days. All of these have a mains electrical and water connection.
Regarding the Ca’Savio campsite holiday rentals, they take the form of a bungalow, chalet or mobile home. This comfortable accommodation is located amongst the pine forest and beach. The majority of these have a living room, covered terrace, air conditioning, two bedrooms, bathroom and equipped kitchen. Laid out near the restaurant and beach, the largest of these brings together a swimming pool and splash pad, on which children can make the most of a pirate ship, a multitude of water slides and pouring spout for fun. A little further on, in the heart of the pine forest, a second swimming pool is on offer to holidaymakers wishing to enjoy more peaceful surroundings to swim and relax. In this pool, there are also aquaerobics sessions on offer. Please note that there are qualified lifeguards at both the pools.
As for activities, adults and children are certain not to get bored on the Ca’Savio campsite. This outdoor establishment features a children’s mini club, where every day there are play and recreational activities planned. On the programme: painting, drawing, mini golf, table football and many other outdoor games are on the various areas laid out on-site. For older children, Ca’Savio organizes various activities for all ages, among them yoga, aquaerobics, football, beach volleyball, pétanque, table tennis or even table football. Various sports facilities are located on this Italian campsite such as a mini golf course, ping-pong tables and football tables.
Further attractions on this campsite, are the “football camp” and “volleyball camp”. Children are split into groups, according to their age, and can play football all week with trainers on a pitch having standard dimensions. A volleyball centre is also open to all young holidaymakers. Come the evening, holidaymakers can make the most of circus and magic shows.

Numerous practical services are on offer to Ca’Savio campsite holidaymakers. Amongst these, there are for example, the shuttle operating the link between the campsite and Venice Marco Polo and Treviso airports, bicycle, car and bed sheet hire services, access to the Wi-Fi network, half-board etc. In July and August, a medical centre is also open on the campsite.
This campsite also has a supermarket offering fresh fruit and vegetables, Italian gourmet specialities and a wide choice of Italian wines. There is also a bread and pastry shop and restaurant located on the campsite. This offers international cuisine, typical Italian dishes and fish and grills to meet every need. There is also a snack bar with take-away service and a pub on this establishment.
Ca’Savio enjoys one of the most enviable geographical situations, only 30 minutes from Venice and near the numerous tourist activities in the region. Venice is accessible by boat, leaving from Punta Sabbioni. On-site, you have the opportunity to discover the magnificent canals, museums, basilica and buildings in Venice. Regularly boats provide a shuttle service, to reach the islands of the Venetian Lagoon, such as Burano, famous for its colourful houses and lace-making or even Murano renowned for its glassmaking.
