Le Trianon - a 5 star Camping Club campsite at the gateway to Les Sables d’Olonne

An idyllic location between Olonne sur Mer and Les Sables d’Olonne
Far from the commotion of the seaside, the Camping Club Le Trianon enjoys a natural setting in Les Sables d’Olonne which is idyllic, to say the least. Located 600 metres from the campsite, the Olonne sur Mer area, owing to its numerous shops and services, is the perfect place to stock up whilst on holiday. The famous town centre of Les Sables d’Olonne is further away, as it is located 5 kilometres from the campsite.
In July and August, a free shuttle bus makes it easily accessible to holidaymakers, just as it ensures the connection between the beach and Camping Club. The latter stretches over more than 12 hectares, right in the middle of the Vendée bocage (farmland criss-crossed by trees and hedges). There are 503 plots in total, some of which are occupied by holiday hire accommodation. In 2024, you’ll find the new Otello Livia Signature & Spa accommodation, in a pedestrian area which completes the offering of this campsite. The campsite is located near a coastline that does not bear the name Lumière (Light) purely by chance...The Vendée coast is one of the most sun-drenched on France’s Atlantic coastline!
The varied offering of holiday rentals within this establishment enables us to meet the expectations of all holidaymakers. Amongst the most spacious and luxurious, the cottages in the Premium, Signature and Signature & Spa ranges are, without doubt, currently the best accommodation on offer. With a surface area ranging from 20 m² for two persons to 40 m² + 20 m² for 8 persons, these cottages are equipped to excess and fitted out to an excellent standard of comfort.
One of the most impressive water parks
Holidaymakers staying on the Camping Club Le Trianon in Les Sables d’Olonne can make the most of its multitude of services and facilities. This campsite has a grocery, snack bar and restaurant, bar and Wi Fi network, extending across the entire site. The campsite facilities include a modern gym, street workout, wellness area with hair salon and massage cubicles, complete with a beautician, as well as an impressive water park.
A water park which never fails to fill youngsters and adults with wonder. It consists of an indoor area in which there is a heated swimming pool and paddling pool. There is also an outside 1,000 m² area, equipped with a large swimming pool, used for swimming and aquaerobics. We have a second paddling pool with children’s water play area and no less than seven giant water slides, including the famous Space Hole and its unique speed thrills and the "La Wave”, a giant rubber ring water slide, which starts at 11 metres high for maximum adrenalin! Moreover, the entire water park is open and heated all through the season.
For holidaymaker wellness and relaxation, head for the MS Cocoon, a private wellness area with outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy tables.

Furthermore, an activities team is permanently on-site from morning ‘til night, during the campsite’s opening season. The team organizes various recreational, entertainment and/or sports activities, intended for holidaymakers. Shows and other entertainment are also planned in the evening, to bring holidaymakers together in an entirely convivial and friendly atmosphere!
Lastly, this campsite in the Vendée has various clubs for children and teenagers, where qualified activity leaders organise a multitude of activities adapted for each age group, from aged 4 to 17. Moreover, younger children have the chance to have fun and make friends at the playground. This extends over nearly 300 m² and includes numerous slides, suspended bridge, spring rockers, rope bridge, etc. There are also trampolines and a bouncy castle here…
As older ones should also have fun, the Club Le Trianon also has a mini golf course, archery range and multi-sports grounds!
Although all these facilities and activities may not encourage you to leave the campsite, you should however be aware that the surrounding area conceals a multitude of treasures. Of course, the coastal beaches are amongst these. Located 3 kilometres from the site, the Sauveterre beach is the closest of them, whilst the Grande Plage in Les Sables d’Olonne (an extensive beach) is situated 5.5 kilometres away. Amongst the other Vendée tourist attractions, the Puy du Fou® theme park and the Le 7ème Continent, the Les Sables d’Olonne aquarium, are certainly must-sees for anyone wishing to spend their holiday in this beautiful Vendée department.
