A luxury campsite between Perpignan and Barcelona
Located in Spain, Cypsela Resort proves to be a campsite rife with all possible superlatives. It indeed stretches over around twenty hectares, and has a little over 880 plots! There are numerous leisure facilities on-site, such as an aquatic park with exceptional dimensions but also a multitude of services and offerings proposed to holidaymakers. Thus the latter are certain to have one of the most unforgettable stays on the Costa Brava.

This Costa Brava campsite is a stone’s throw from the seaside, in Pals – a little medieval village, the coast here including a heavenly beach, a little over 4 kilometres long! This is 1.5 kilometres from the Cypsela Resort, and a free shuttle bus enables lovers of swimming and lazing on the sand to get to the beach very quickly.
Close to the campsite, the seaside resorts of Platja de Aro, Roses and Cadaquès are renowned for their wealth of tourist activities and entertainment.
1.5 kilometres from the beach
Although the surroundings of this establishment are idyllic, equally so is the actual campsite setting. Indeed the 20-hectare site is entirely wooded and in bloom. The plots occupying this pine forest are intended, as holidaymakers choose, to accommodate campers and their tent, caravan or camper. There are even plots occupied by holiday-hire accommodation. These take the form of mobile homes, chalets, bungalows or canvas lodges.
Modern and well-equipped this accommodation is, moreover, kitted out with bed and bathroom linen ready for when holidaymakers arrive. In addition, Cypsela offers an end-of-holiday cleaning service. Amongst the most top-of-range accommodation on the campsite, we are able to reserve the Méditerranée (Mediterranean) suite for you. This can accommodate up to 4 people, is equipped with air conditioning, a dishwasher and a television.
On-site, there are numerous shops and services facilitating all holidaymakers’ stays. On the Cypsela Resort campsite there are several catering outlets. These include a restaurant “Les Moreres”, a tapas bar “Les Palmeres“, a snack bar and an ice-cream seller. There is a pub within which nestles an actual tenpin bowling alley - ours is, moreover, the only campsite in Europe offering this type of facility. Other on-site facilities include a grocery and bakery store, beauty and hairdressing salon, a medical centre, a launderette and a sports centre.
A dream aquatic park
On the recreational facilities front, the latter are as copious as they are varied. Although the tenpin bowling alley and the sports centre have previously been mentioned, Cypsela Resort also has a multi-sports ground, a pétanque ground, a padel-tennis court, crazy-golf and even ping-pong tables.
Amongst these facilities, we must not forget the campsite’s aquatic park. This extends over an impressive area. There are several pools in the complex. These include a swimming pool of 590 m², a paddling pool, several water slides as well as a second swimming area, which has recently been opened and installed next to the first swimming pool. The second swimming area stretches out over nearly 600 m² and comprises a superb pool with an aqua-play pool for children, in the midst of which there is a pirate ship. There is also an adult well-being area with a spa and a counter-current swimming river.
Around the pools, there are large artificial beaches equipped with sunbeds and parasols so that those wishing to can simply relax by the water’s edge. Note that in the high season, the aquatic area of this Costa Brava campsite is open until 10 o’clock at night!
Finally the team at the Cypsela Resort offer holidaymakers the chance to participate in numerous activities, such as fitness classes, stretching classes, aqua-training classes and other similar activities. It is also possible to attend Spanish classes! Children in younger age groups can join the Sandy and the Cypsy Club, the children’s clubs open to those aged 4 to 12 every weekday, during the campsite’s opening season.
