A holiday in the heart of nature!
Welcome to the Périgord Noir (the Black Périgord), a tourist region with an obvious attraction. At the heart of this department in south-west France, Saint Avit Loisirs is located. This open-air hotel, the first such establishment in Aquitaine to have been rated 5 star, is quite simply one of the most beautiful campsites in France! You could say that a stay on this site amounts to treating yourself to an exceptional holiday...
On 52 acres of greenery near the village of Saint Avit, this campsite makes available to its guests a significant number of high-end leisure facilities and accommodation options. These holiday rentals take the form of modern and well-equipped mobile homes.
The most luxurious mobile homes are undoubtedly the Madras + cottages, the latest holiday rentals established around the property's natural lake and equipped with a large partially covered terrace, designer furniture and natural setting which could not be more delightful.
Leisure is elevated to a way of life on the Saint Avit Loisirs campsite…
Whatever activities and entertainment are offered by this Périgord campsite, fun and relaxation are on the menu for your holiday. It must be said that there are many leisure facilities on the Saint Avit campsite, the leading one of course being the superb water park, comprising an indoor and heated section as well as an outdoor area. The outdoor park includes different pools, some reserved for swimming, others for water games, a heated relaxation pool with whirlpool, and a paddling pool for the kids.
Whoever says luxury campsite, also says amazing water slides. On Saint Avit Loisirs these take the form of, besides water slides with twists and turns and semi-tubular slides, a “crazy river”, a gently sloping river that you can slide down on an inflatable ring!
As its name suggests, the aqua-relax is a facility entirely given over to aquatic wellness. There is also a spa area with Jacuzzis, wellness waterfalls and massage jets. It is worth noting that a water slide, with a length of 65 metres, connects the water park and the aqua-relax area!
Whilst swimmers make the most of this exceptional water park, some guests enjoy the campsite's 14,000 m² lake for fishing. Others go to play mini-golf or even on one of the tennis courts, the multisports ground, the climbing tower, the zip line, bungee trampolines or other activities, to take part in sport whilst having fun.
In the high season, the very young can join the kids club on this Dordorgne campsite to have fun doing the different activities organized by the activities team on Saint Avit Loisirs. They also punctuate life on the campsite, especially through various fun and entertainment activities, as much during the day as in the evening!
A campsite in the heart of the Black Périgord

With its cobbled streets and houses with medieval façades, every year it witnesses several thousand lovers of heritage and old buildings visit.
