Once unpacked, residents of the Le Vieux Port campsite can fully make the most of their stay and enjoy all of the available facilities. Among these, the water park is without a doubt one the most visited places. It must be said that with its 7,000 m² and seven pools, making it one of the largest water parks in France, there's enough space for everybody.
Seven pools share a total of 1,400 m² surface water area and include a large wave lagoon, thus reproducing the undulation of ocean currents, two outdoor pools used for swimming, two paddling pools heated to 28°C for the very young, and an indoor heated swimming pool. Finally, the water park has three water slides and two spas as well as thousands of square metres of sunbathing area with some 700 sun loungers!
We also retain, among other quality facilities found on this campsite, the presence of a wellness area, composed of a hydro relaxation zone with sauna, hammam, bubble baths with massaging jets and anatomical benches, sensorial showers and ice fountains. Within this facility, it is also possible to enjoy various massages and beauty treatments...
A campsite by the sea
Located in Messanges in the Landes, the camping Le Vieux Port borders the seaside resort of Vieux Boucau les Bains, the long sandy beach of which stretches for miles and in particular runs alongside the campsite.
This geographical situation is ideal for the guests of this establishment, who simply need to cross the dune to reach the beach. And at the same time they can also easily reach shops and other tourist attractions of this beach resort.
Furthermore, le Vieux Port is a few kilometres from Soustons, whose famous lake attracts many tourists for sailing and other water sports. Further South, the resorts of Soorts Hossegor and Capbreton are considered to be the best surf spots of the Silver Coast.
