Le Letty, a luxury campsite on the Breton Rivera
Located in Bénodet, in the heart of the Breton Riviera, the campsite Le Letty enjoys the most idyllic location. By the sea, this four-star campsite is indeed amazing for the charm and the beauty of its surroundings, but also for the quality of its facilities and the diversity of its leisure facilities. Le Letty is, in a nutshell, a leading destination for anyone wishing to stay in southern Finistère…
Positioned between the traditional and the modern in Bénodet
Combining the traditional and the modern, the Le Letty campsite leaves nobody unenthusiastic. Better still, whilst there is a trend nowadays for mobile homes in the most beautiful campsites in France, this site does not have these available and even demands the absence of this type of accommodation in its location!
Although the bias of Le Letty may be explained by its wish to preserve the original spirit of camping amongst holiday-makers, it is also about protecting the charm of the location. This top of the range site in Bénodet indeed could not be established simply anywhere. It has to be located by one of most beautiful and charming sites of the Breton Riviera; L'Anse du Groasguen, the access channel to La Mer Blanche, which is a unique lagoon, between the seaside resorts of Bénodet and Fouesnant.
It is therefore on the edge of this heavenly site which, moreover, enjoys direct access to the pleasant beach of Le Letty, but is also opposite the no less sensational Glénan Islands archipelago, where the four-star Bénodet campsite is located. Whilst this picture-postcard scenery is constantly being rejuvenated according to the movement of the tides, it also gives as much delight to those fishing on foot (by hand or using tools) as lovers of swimming in the turquoise waters of the Mer Blanche (the coastal stretch off southern Finistère)…
The aquatic park with direct beach access
Wooded and lush, the Le Letty campsite extends over an area of 11 hectares. In total there are 542 pitches available, of which some are occupied lodge tents and caravans, which may be hired. Spacious, their surface area ranges from 80 to 150 m². These plots are all equipped with a water point and are connected to mains electric.
Amongst the shops and services on-site is a 250 m² grocery. It offers in particular fresh fruit and vegetables, a newspaper and magazine section, bread, sweet breads and buns such as croissants, brioches and pains au chocolat, cosmetic and cleaning products, beach toys and other related products. However, there is also a catering and takeaway area “La Cuisine Gourmande“, “L’Escale”, a pub equipped with a panoramic terrace, “L’Amiral”, the campsite’s night-club, an ice-cream seller, a clothes and souvenir shop, a hairdresser, 2 launderettes, a library, Wi-Fi coverage across nearly 80% of the campsite and many other facilities.
As holidays are, above all, for enjoyment and relaxation, the Le Letty campsite also has numerous leisure facilities available. These do indeed comprise, in particular, a magnificent aquatic park; “L’Aquatropic” equipped with a 600 m² outdoor heated swimming pool! Surrounded with tropical vegetation, this aquatic space also has several slides, waterfalls, a whirlpool bath, hydro-therapy jets, a rapid river and two children's paddling pools. Whilst one of them is located within an indoor area which also contains a pool heated to 29°C, the other is equipped with aquatic play equipment, such as a mini-water slide, a water cannon, a mini-waterfall, mango pourers, and similar equipment.
Facilities and activities for everyone
During the high season, mornings provide an opportunity for the aquatic park to offer aquaerobics sessions, which are organised by the Le Letty campsite team. Moreover, the site is equipped with several sports pitches and facilities, such a fitness room, a multi-sports facility with badminton, squash, a tennis court, ping-pong tables, an area for playing boules and an archery range. Outside of the campsite, there are several other activities to discover; from sailing to sea kayaking to tree climbing or horse-riding. The choices are as numerous as they are varied!
Nothing has been forgotten for children, within the four-star campsite at Bénodet. They can make the most of a play area which is exclusively for them, a games room equipped with billiards tables, but also and especially a Kids Club to both occupy and entertain them. The latter is open five days a week and accommodates children aged between 4 and 13 years old free of charge. On the menu for your holiday: treasure hunts, tournaments, various games and other activities.
At the entrance to the campsite is PandAventure Park, an indoor adventure park given over to all families, which welcomes children and their parents! Holidaymakers can go there for free in the low season, enjoying a reduced price in the high season.
Whilst children are having fun, adults may afford themselves a moment of relaxation by going to the campsite wellness area. Within a relaxing atmosphere, they have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of a private whirlpool bath, a steam room, saunas and a beauty treatment room.
Finally, holiday-makers have the opportunity to share convivial moments during lively evenings on the campsite. Between concerts, shows, dancing evenings and other karaoke evenings, there is something for all tastes and ages at Le Letty!
