Port Manec’h enjoys the most idyllic of settings and locations in southern Finistère. With virtually direct access to the eponymous beach, in the delightful seaside resort of Névez, holidaymakers can make the most of Breton idleness, whilst they can also go off to explore the wild creeks of Raguénez and cover this coastline’s footpaths.

At low tide it is a genuine land of adventures for young and old alike, who can also go fishing for winkles, velvet swimming crabs and crabs in general. In addition, there are other magnificent beaches nearby. The Rospico beach, nestling in the heart of a shaded cove of the same name, is accessible on foot via the GR 34 footpath which passes the campsite. The beach is heaven for all lovers of swimming and tranquillity.

This outdoor establishment offers various accommodation options, including mobile homes with exceptional comfort. This high-end accommodation is equipped with all facilities: dishwasher, plancha, beds made on arrival and even towels carefully placed in the bathrooms. Quality facilities, service a given

The heated water park of the Port Manec’h campsite is perfect to have fun, relax and make the most of the delights of water. It consists of an outdoor section with a large pool, paddling pool and children’s three-lane multi-slide, and an indoor area including a swimming pool, hydromassage waterfall and Jacuzzi.

Every morning, a baker from Névez brings fresh bread and crusty sweetbreads and buns: plenty for a great start to the day! If you want to eat on the go, don’t miss the snack bar. This convivial space by the swimming pool is perfect to enjoy a refreshing cocktail. In a “beach bar” spirit, sit down with your feet in the sand, to enjoy one of the dishes from the snack menu.

Young holidaymakers can go to the campsite kids’ club, where they can take take part in recreational and creative activities, such as face painting, photo rallies and even mini discos to dance and have fun. Slightly older adventurers can take part in sports tournaments and treasure hunts. In addition, an inflatable play facility is available for children who can let off steam under their parents’ watchful eye.

Every day, a range of activities is offered by the team on Port Manec’h. On the programme: aquaerobics, stretches, sports tournaments, musical evenings...If you wish to explore the surrounding area, a bicycle hire service is also available on-site: this is a unique way to discover the region.

Located near Névez, the delightful town of Pont Aven is a sought-after destination popular with tourists, in southern Finistère. This picturesque location is renowned for its rich cultural heritage. You can visit the Musée de Pont-Aven (Pont Aven Museum) to admire an Impressionist and Post-Impressionist art collection here. The old town in Pont Aven with its cobbled streets, stone houses, and art and traditional shops is a genuine gem to explore. For an exceptional gourmet experience, Moulin de Rosmadec mill, which has been transformed into a starred restaurant featured in the Michelin Guide, is a must-see. Nature lovers can also make the most of hiking footpaths along the Aven river, whose waters flow into the Atlantic Ocean on Port Manec’h beach.

Concarneau is renowned for its old medieval walled town, a genuine historical and architectural treasure. Visitors can lose themselves in the cobbled streets, explore the ramparts and visit Keriolet castle. The town is also renowned for its fishing-based traditions. A visit to the Musée de la Pêche (Fishing museum) will plunge you into this fascinating aspect of local culture. Have a delicious meal with a seafood platter, at one of the local restaurants in the medieval town. In summer, the Festival des Filets Bleu (annual Breton costume parade with dancing, Celtic music and activities), which celebrates Breton culture is a particularly unmissable event. You will also be able to take advantage of the sandy beaches or go off on a boat trip to explore the magnificent islands of the Glénan archipelago.
