Nestling under the trees of an old olive grove, at the foot of the village and the citadel of Scarlino, one of the numerous Aldobrandeschi fortresses built by the Aldobrandeschi family during the Middle Ages in the south of Tuscany, this campsite occupies grounds of several dozen hectares. Amongst the beaches of Follonica, that of Cala Violina is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Italy. Very busy during the high season, you see it after taking a sloping path of 1.5 kilometres. White sands, clear water, a heavenly landscape, this beach is worth the detour!
