Upon arrival, you discover iconic districts such as St Mark’s Square, the Rialto bridge and Zattere (a waterfront promenade in Dorsoduro). Each offers different surroundings. Visitors can round off their trip here by visiting the Doge’s Palace, St Mark’s Basilica, or even a walk in the quieter streets of Dorsoduro or Cannaregio, off the beaten track.
The islands in the Venetian lagoon further broaden your sightseeing options.
