A family-orientated campsite, by the water in the Veneto
Located by the beach, the water park on the Joker campsite proves to be the campsite’s central element. It includes a large swimming pool, children’s swimming pool with water play facility and hydrotherapy pool. All around this, sunloungers enable holidaymakers to sunbathe whilst keeping an eye on their children, having fun with their new friends.
Right near this swimming area, there is a large golden sandy beach. A genuine heaven with sunloungers and parasols. Young children can build sandcastles here, and swim in the clear, shallow water. Swimming is supervised by lifeguards and there are also beach volleyball courts on this beach.
On the Joker campsite, the quality and variety of accommodation offered within lush and well-kept vegetation is impressive. From camping pitches in the shade of the pine forest to cosy residential apartments, not forgetting the entirely new and environmentally friendly “Maxi Caravans”, with an understated design, stylish and fully equipped, with some having a private Jacuzzi!

This Cavallino campsite has two restaurants serving international dishes, pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven and local cuisine to enjoy, whilst listening to live music. Themed gastronomy workshops and convivial barbecues are regularly organized, against a backdrop of musical entertainment. Gourmets can also visit the ”Bar Gelateria Snack” snack bar, to enjoy an ice cream or cocktail on the terrace overlooking the sea.
Holidaymakers can find everything they need at the campsite grocery. Cooked meats, cheese, bread, seasonal fruit and vegetables, regional products but also beach items, souvenirs and a delicious cask wine from a local vineyard.
Each day, creative workshops, sports activities and dance groups are organized by activity leaders at the children’s club, to the delight of young children. To stay in shape, a tennis court, gym and ping-pong tables are available and a junior tennis court set aside for beginners.

Venice’s historic centre is located a 40-minute boat ride away, itself picturesque, along the Venetian Lagoon. You can go to St Mark’s Square, the Doge’s Palace, the Rialto Bridge and have gondola rides on the canals. Don’t delay in going to the charming islands, being Murano to discover the work of its master glassblowers, Burano and its delightful colourful houses or even Torcella and its magnificent Santa Maria Assunta basilica.
Cavallino Treporti is heaven for lovers of sunshine and the beach, but also those keen on cycle touring. You’ll find numerous cycle trails winding through the lagoon, running along the dunes, beaches and pine forests past amazing flora and fauna. A multitude of golfing greens and riding centres are located both in and around Cavallino. Those intrigued can also go to the Lido di Jesolo beach resort, to admire the Sealife aquarium and Tropicarium Park zoo animals.
Numerous events take place around the campsite, during the high season, such as the Palio Aviron, in June, a spectacular procession of historic boats parading along the Pordelio Canal. The month of July celebrates Il Redentore (the Festival of the Redeemer), with light plays in St Mark’s Square and the magnificent fireworks display. In August, you can attend “Beach on Fire”, the longest firework display in the world stretching over 13 kilometres of beach. Lastly, in September you find traditional wine production festivals, and all summer numerous local produce markets are on offer to you!
