Est Garda, small in size, big in comfort
800 metres from the historic centre of Lazise, on the heights of Lake Garda, the AgriCamping Est Garda is located. This establishment opened in 2023. It is therefore ultra-modern and offers within a peaceful and lush campsite, spacious pitches and luxurious holiday rentals, available for hire for a relaxing stay as a family or with friends.
A small piece of heaven on the heights of Lake Garda
The AgriCamping Est Garda is a genuine haven of peace, lush and tranquil located in the midst of olive trees and vineyards on a hill where the fresh air in the Monte Baldo mountain range blows, far from the busy roads. You’ll find a large swimming pool here, which gets the sun all day, and sunbathing area surrounded by greenery and baby area. Adjoining the pool, a small kiosk offers fresh fruit salad, apéritifs and snacks to nibble. A barbecue area is available for holidaymakers, to prepare delicious dried wood-fired barbecues, with wood from the neighbouring forest.
Pitches are integrated into spaces, naturally indicated by the Mediterranean vegetation typical of Lake Garda, and equipped with drinking water, electricity and private bathroom. Each plot from 80 to 120 m² is unique, lush and can accommodate campers with a maximum length of 12 metres. Dogs less than 15 kilogrammes are welcome here (plan for payment of an extra charge).
The mobile homes are located at the summit of the campsite, where you’ll make the most of a magnificent view over the lake. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms and an equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), with a unique and elegant design, wooden terrace with pergola and surrounded by a garden with private Jacuzzi. Animals are not welcome in these rentals.
Immersed in the middle of nowhere, far from the hustle and bustle of the world
Again on-site, there is an outdoor play area established in an area laid to lawn, set aside for children aged 3 to 8. A waymarked 800-metre route, enables you to reach the town centre of Lazise, a highly delightful port having traditional boats and pretty houses with colourful facades. By majority pedestrianized, the town centre entices you to stroll past the San Nicolo 17th century church, the stronghold and treat yourself to a rest on the beach which runs alongside the lake.
The lake and beaches located a kilometre from the Lazise campsite and numerous cycle trails leaving from this establishment, enable you to make the most of the countryside, sunshine and scent of the breeze from one of the loveliest lakes in northern Italy. You can pedal as far as the villages of Bardolino, Garda, Torri del Benaco, Peschiera (recently listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and end in Sirmione, dubbed “Little Venice”.
To completely relax, two locations favourable to relaxation and wellness await you in the “Villa dei Cedri” thermal spa complex and the famous “SPA Sirmione”. Just outside the AgriCamping Est Garda is one of the most famous gastronomic and oenological routes of the moraine hills. “La Strada del Vino”, a wine route via a cycle trail, which enables you to go and see the most significant wine growing businesses in Lake Garda.
Exploring the Province of Verona from the Est Garda campsite
In the immediate hinterland Borghetto di Valeggio stands out. This is a medieval village with spectacular and romantic beauty, having an original view over the banks of the Mincio river. It is crossed by a delightful cycle trail. Nature lovers enjoy being near the “Parco Natura Viva”, the best wildlife park in Italy and the “Parco Giardino Sigurtà”, considered to be the most fascinating garden design work in Europe.
Verona, the city of the famous Shakespearean tragedy “Romeo and Juliet”, abounds in sites dating back to Ancient Rome. Go round the Piazza Bra gardens, see Verona’s arena, shop on the Via Mazzini street and admire the magnificent view over the city from the ruins of the Roman theatre. Stroll along the Adige river and sit down on the terrace to enjoy a spritz cocktail.
Go off to explore the superb city of Venice, its hundred or so islands and 177 canals which meander through the architectural gems. Cross the Rialto Bridge, walk up to to the Piazza San Marco (St Mark’s Square), admire the magnificent basilica and visit the impressive Palazzo Ducale (Doge’s Palace). Have a romantic ride in a gondola and enjoy delicious Venetian specialities!
