Within this establishment, the “Lago Prima Fila” (Front Row Lake) camping and caravanning pitches have been laid out on the waterfront. Other pitches have a private bathroom and all are shaded, thanks to the surrounding vegetation. Each of the mobile homes is equipped with a terrace and a garden furniture set. The “Maxicaravan Lago Idro” (“Maxicaravan Lake Idro”) range even offers a view over the lake and the possibility of relaxing in your own Jacuzzi!
A private sandy, pebble beach slopes gently into the water. Hence, children can swim in complete safety. Unless they prefer to jump into the water directly from the wooden pontoon. You will also be able to take advantage of the water park which was recently renovated. You will enjoy doing lengths or basking in the large swimming pool, before going with your children in the “laguna” swimming pool given over to them: sloping gently down, with a low depth and slides and multi-slides adapted to all ages. There is even a heated swimming pool for swimming in cooler seasons.
A fabulous water park and a private swimming beach
The Lido Lazise team places great emphasis on offering sports and recreational activities to meet all tastes and all needs. You can let off steam on football, badminton and volleyball courts. Have games of ping-pong, or book the tennis court to go and hit a few tennis balls. Aquaerobics and aerobics classes take place every day, and sports tournaments are organised between holidaymakers.
At the mini-club, children will make new friends from the whole of Europe. In the daytime, the international activities team offers them a multitude of fun and creative activities. Come the evening, children will show their parents comical choreographed routines, that they have learned at the mini-club during the mini disco evening, before being filled with wonder at performances, cabarets, magic tricks and various “shows” offered every evening on the stage at the “Pool bar theatre”.
Within this Lake Garda campsite, you will find a delightful restaurant with a roof-top terrace, offering an unrestricted view over the lake and a “pool bar” to sip a cool drink by the pool. There is also a supermarket, a play area and inflatable structures, so that your children can let off steam and have fun.
Discover Lazise and the surroundings of Lake Garda
From Lido Lazise, you can take a walk along the lake, on foot or by bike to the southern tip of the lake. You will arrive in the fortified town of “Pesciera del Garda” and discover its historic centre, its baroque church, the Voltoni bridge and restaurants running alongside the pedestrian area. Go off to explore the picturesque villages, lakeside villages, monasteries, castles, beaches and small ports which dot the shores of Lake Garda.
Halfway between Milan, the Global Capital of Fashion and Venice, historically known as the “Serenissima”, you are spoilt for choice for your cultural trips out. You will be in the vicinity of the town of Sirmione, located on a straight peninsula 100 metres wide. You will be dazzled by the amazing Scalinger castle and its port fortifications. Not forgetting to go to the medieval city of Verona, known for being the birthplace of the love of “Romeo and Juliet” in Shakespeare’s tragedy.
If you are lovers of thrill-seeking, make a beeline for Gardaland park, the largest amusement park in Italy, renowned for its multiple roller coasters and its thrill-seeker fairground attractions. You will find attractions around the theme of pirates, pharaohs, fairytale characters and various prehistoric animals. Plenty to imprint wonderful memories into the minds of children and adults alike.
