On-site, you can take advantage of a multitude of facilities and services, such as a restaurant with a takeaway service, bakery – snack bar, bar and grocery. The majority of shops and restaurants in Marseillan Plage can be reached on foot, whilst the hypermarkets in Agde and Cap d’Agde are less than a quarter of an hour’s drive away.
Amongst the leisure facilities, which have proven a tremendous success with holidaymakers at the Charlemagne campsite, a prime example is the aquatic park. Around the swimming pools, the beaches have numerous multicoloured sunbeds, which lovers of idleness and waterside siestas go wild for!

These are Nouvelle Floride (opposite the Charlemagne campsite) and Beach Garden (barely 500 metres away). The latter are equally heavenly and also revolve around numerous swimming pools and water slides!

Lastly, make the most of your stay on the Charlemagne campsite and to go off and explore the Hérault's major tourist attractions. Beaches and seaside resorts, the Lac du Salagou lake, Pic Saint Loup mountain, villages of Saint Guilhem le Désert and Minerve, and Mourèze and Navacelles cirques. Other attractions are the Hérault gorges, Canal du Midi canal, Étang de Thau lagoon, and Clamouse and Grotte des Demoiselles caves.
