A campsite by the sea
Some 300 metres from one of the loveliest fine sandy beaches in the Languedoc Roussillon nestles the Sandaya Blue Bayou campsite. This high-end 5-star campsite, located south of Valras Plage, a dynamic and welcoming beach resort, covers the entire length of a pleasantly wooded and flowered property.
The guests can reach the beach of Valras Plage in a few minutes on foot, over a path through the dunes the dunes, fixed by vegetation. Other paths head towards the inland, offering tourists the opportunity to join the villages of Vendres and Valras by bike.
On the property, 408 pitches have been designed to welcome campers. They can install their camping equipment on delimited pitches, boasting an average surface of some 100 m². They are equipped with a 10 Amp electric supply.
With direct access to the beach
Other pitches are home to holiday rentals. Le Blue Bayou provides 143 rental accommodations, like mobile homes and chalets. They all boast a covered outdoor terrace and the equipments inside guarantee that the guests won't miss out on anything during their stay in Valras.
Guests receive special attention on this campsite in the Hérault. There are numerous leisure facilities, such as a leading aqua park. Located in the heart of the grounds, it is separated into two sections connected by a wooden bridge. The first part is undoubtedly the largest. Close to the building where the bar-restaurant and its terrace are, this swimming area includes a large lagoon, a paddling pool and a fun water games area for kids.
On the other side of the bridge, the second part is also dedicated to swimming. Additionally there's a water slide and a 3-track toboggan.
And a dream aqua park
Among the other leisure facilities on the campsite, it is worth noting the gym, with all the necessary equipment, tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts (one of each), and children’s and teens games room.
The youngest, from 4 to 12 years old, can also join the mini-club of this campsite with Water Park in Valras. Youth leaders will organise various and varied fun activities for them.
