Established a little over 40 years ago, this 5-star campsite, located in the Pyrénées Orientales (Eastern Pyrenees), extends over a lush park of more than 8.5 hectares. Le Dauphin has, over the years, been innovating and has developed into a campsite offering a wide range of accommodation spread over a total of 346 pitches.
Built in 1970, on what was originally a simple and modest field with apricot trees, campsite Le Dauphin has kept its proximity with nature. Pitches are indeed located in the heart of a beautiful landscaped area and each of them has a lawned surface of 100 m². The particularity of this luxury campsite is undoubtedly the presence of private bathrooms on nearly one hundred camping pitches. With their showers, their toilets and their sinks, they allow a comfortable stay on a campsite in Argelès sur Mer.
As for the mobile homes, they are equipped with everything you need to spend a simple, but pleasant holiday. The spacious Lodge tents, with their kitchen corner and bathroom, appear to be a good compromise between mobile homes and camping pitches. Le Dauphin also offers some accommodation for people with reduced mobility.

This campsite with a water park in Argelès offers cutting edge leisure facilities, starting with the aquatic park. This consists of a lagoon in the shape of a dolphin, a semi-Olympic swimming pool to practice swimming, a learner pool equally perfect for aquaerobics and lastly a children’s paddling pool. Moreover, a splash pad has recently opened, and children and adults alike can also make the most of several water slides to have fun.
In the Le Dauphin campsite water park, there is a balneotherapy area comprised of Jacuzzi benches, relaxing water fountains, counter-current swimming areas as well as a hydromassage area and whirlpools, all in more than 1,300 m² (of which 700 m² is heated) of water play areas.
