Originally intended to accommodate canvas tents, nowadays it exclusively consists of ultra comfort holiday rentals for the greatest delight of its guests!
Totalling 169, this accommodation most often takes the form of spacious mobile homes, able to accommodate 2 to 6 persons. These consist of one or more bedrooms with cosy bedding, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and delightful outdoor area with a terrace and garden furniture set. Depending on the design, some have additional equipment such as an air conditioning system or the provision of sheets and towels.
In addition to its mobile homes, this 4 star outdoor establishment is also equipped with comfortable lodge tents on stilts! Perfect for a break from the norm and to have a new experience, these have been laid out so you can make the most of the lush outdoor area offered by the campsite. Very well kitted out, they in particular have a bathroom and large equipped kitchen.

Located in the heart of the village, the water park on the Les Jardins Catalans campsite genuinely has everything to delight you. In all, there are no less than 200 m² of delights including a large entirely heated leisure pool, paddling pool with children’s water play area and several thrill-seeker water slides. On-site, the absolutely heavenly setting entices relaxation and idleness! In addition to various activities on the menu, they make the most of numerous facilities set aside for leisure such as a multi-sports ground, area for playing boules or even table tennis tables. The children have everything necessary to have fun during their stay, as a kids club accommodates children aged 5 to 12.
Amongst the various shops and services on offer on the campsite is a lovely restaurant area. This notably includes the “El Paso” pizzeria offering a takeaway service and restaurant serving all types of salads, meat and fish dishes. A grocery is also available to holidaymakers who can find fresh bread and numerous regional products here.

This campsite’s location is such that it would be a pity not to make the most of the cycle hire service to travel around Argelès sur Mer and its surrounding area! There is a cycle path 100 metres from the campsite, which enables you to reach the La Marende beach in just a few minutes. The town centre is also nearby and contains magnificent small colourful alleyways and a superb church tower…
It also boasts one of the must-see attractions in Argelès sur Mer: the Massane tower (a medieval watchtower). This can be reached from several hiking paths, accessible to all levels whether or not you’re fond of sports! From La Vall, you should allow 6 kilometres there and back or a good three hours’ walk to get to the tower, which reaches its highest point at an altitude of nearly 800 metres. Throughout your walk, your efforts will be highly rewarded since you’ll make the most of amazing landscapes with the magnificent Côte Vermeille coast on one side, and on the other the vast plains with plant varieties characteristic of the Pyrénées Orientales.
When on holiday at the Les Jardins Catalans campsite, you’ll also have the chance to be near Perpignan, one of the iconic cities in the south of France! Particularly lively and busy, its centre contains a multitude of shops, museums, bars, and especially a vast historic heritage.
