Whilst the facilities already found on-site have been completely modernised and adapted to the up-to-date needs of holidaymakers, new facilities and leisure activities have also sprung up.
The site, with an area extending to nearly 18 hectares, accommodates 615 pitches, of which around a hundred are reserved for campers and their tent, caravan or motor home. These so-called “High Comfort” pitches are divided into two types: standard pitches and those equipped with a private sanitary block comprising a hot shower and WC. Moreover, having an average area of 100 m², these pitches enjoy direct access to the beach and an electrical connection.
The majority of the pitches on this 5-star campsite in Torreilles now accommodate comfortable holiday rental accommodation. These quality mobile homes, which are well equipped and modern (four of the eight ranges available for holiday hire on the Les Dunes campsite are as recent as 2016), have spacious pitches separated by lush vegetation, which is certainly not devoid of interest. These trees and shrubs indeed make each pitch a shady and cool spot, whilst also ensuring their peace and privacy…

A top-of-the-range campsite par excellence in the Pyrénées Orientales, Les Dunes may henceforth boast the latest facilities for the pleasure of its holidaymakers. Amongst these, we might mention the complex which includes various shops and services. Adjacent to the aquatic area this building, which has been entirely renovated, contains a grocer's shop, a hot food area, an ice-cream seller, a takeaway snack shop, a bar-restaurant, and other facilities. In the centre of the complex, a large terrace opens out onto the stage where activities and shows are organised.
Hydromassage jets, artificial waterfalls and mushroom waterfalls complete the complex to the great delight of young and old alike! Around the pools, the numerous sunbeds dotted across the 1,500 m² of beaches, which offer additional comfort for those who love to do nothing, are also worth emphasising.
Having also benefited from a complete overhaul, other recreation and sports facilities in this campsite are, for the most part, located on the seafront, by the beach and close to the temporary bar which is open during the high season. A mini-golf course, several children's play areas, four areas for playing boules, two tennis courts, a multi-sports ground, a beach volleyball court as well as a pleasing relaxation area are all there. You can come there to relax, soak up the atmosphere and the “Zen” décor of the surroundings. Those who wish to can have a massage in this area. A massage parlour is indeed located at the heart of this space dedicated for the well-being of holidaymakers.
Your feet in the water and the Pyrenees on the horizon
Located in the Torreilles commune and enjoying direct access to the beach of this seaside resort, the Les Dunes campsite lacks neither charm nor family attractions. A team of hosts, who are present throughout the season, (from April to September), is thus as much in charge of entertaining children as it is their parents.
Various recreational and/or sports activities are offered for the younger ones through two children's clubs, one for children and one for teenagers. Holiday makers also have the chance to take part in sports tournaments, water polo competitions, step sessions, football sessions on the beach, fitness sessions, aquaerobics, aqua relaxation or even swimming!
Lastly, residents at the Les Dunes campsite may also make the most of their holiday in Torreilles to discover the Pyrénées Catalanes.
