This is because everything is harmoniously arranged, so that you are as close as possible to the countryside: meadows, pretty wooded valleys, and 2 magnificent natural lakes, so you can indulge in fishing. Not forgetting the delightful Cerisy Forest nearby, where you are able to, during your hikes, look out for stags, deer, roe deer and various does, which joyfully inhabit this wood of beech and oak trees.
Lovers of water are not left out. An indoor heated water park, will offer you the chance to swim, even at the beginning or end of the season. The water slide and the paddling pool will delight children who will have fun entirely safely, under the supervision of lifeguards, and you will then have the opportunity to go fishing in water full of good catches, in the 2 natural lakes on the campsite.

Spacious and landscaped pitches will accommodate your tents or camper, and for those wishing to enjoy increased comfort, the campsite also offers a wide range of ‘Essentiel‘, ‘Bien-être‘ and ‘Sérénité mobile homes, with 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms for large families. Each accommodation unit has a private terrace, a barbecue, an equipped kitchen and a cosy living area.
On the Domaine de Litteau campsite, owing to the Fun Pass included in your stay booking, your children will easily leap from play to sports activities. They will also jump from the Fun club to the video games room, via the multi-sport ground and make the most, depending on their age of a multitude of entertainment and activities at the kids club (for those aged 4 and upwards). The very young (aged 1 to 3) also have a play area called Espace Bubbles on hand, if accompanied by at least one parent.
They will be able to have fun on a giant inflatable structure, go on a rope bridge, have fun on a BMX course, or even discover the mini farm, with its pigs, goats, sheep and ducks, before having a gourmet snack on the snack bar of the terrace. In short, a genuine paradise, for young and old alike.

Around 20 kilometres (just over 10 miles) from the campsite, discover the lovely medieval town of Bayeux. Here visit the renowned Bayeux tapestry on the UNESCO Memory of the World list. Plunge into the embroidered story of the Norman Conquest of England by William, Duke of Normandy…now more widely known as William the Conqueror.
Your stay will be the perfect opportunity to explore the landing beaches and the Omaha Beach Memorial Museum, to stroll in the historic city centre of Caen, and its royal fortress: Caen castle, or do horse riding in the equestrian capital, Saint-Lô, and visit its renowned stud farms.
Moreover, why not venture to another UNESCO World Heritage Site: Mont Saint Michel and its magnificent bay. Observe the phenomenon of the high tides, and have your fill of buckwheat crêpes.
For gourmets, the region abounds with treasures! You will be able to visit a biscuit factory making Normandy shortbread, go off and discover the secrets of cider-making, sample Camembert made with raw milk and drink to your holiday in Calvados (in moderation of course!).
