Campings.Luxury will refund you the price of a bottle of champagne or wellness treatment up to a limit of €35 (inclusive of tax) for all bookings* over €500 (inclusive of tax), and €75 (inclusive of tax) for all bookings over €1,000 (inclusive of tax). This is valid exclusively during the dates of your stay, when using the shops and services on the campsite**.

You simply have to send us the invoice in your name, a souvenir photo (with a note “Thank you Campings.Luxury”, that will be great ;-) ), and a document with your bank account details. Upload these documents*** in your guest area on Campings.Luxury (we will not accept communications by post). We will refund your expense by bank transfer in the 72 hours following receipt of your documents (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

A “VIP” service exclusively reserved for Campings.Luxe customers.

* This offer is valid for most of the campsites on the Campings.Luxury website. If applicable, you will be told at the start of the booking process.

** In the event there is no champagne at the given campsite’s mini-market or wellness area on the establishment, Campings.Luxury shall not be liable and will not effect any other form of refund.

*** Without all these documents, we cannot effect the refund of VIP services (proof you’ve made an appointment does not constitute an invoice).
