From the beginning of April to the beginning of November, the Les Cigales team makes every effort, so you have an unforgettable stay in Rocamadour. The campsite’s heated water park has been designed with the entire family in mind. You’ll find a large outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool, as well as an indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Around the pools, a large partially shaded sunbathing area enables you to perfect your tan, whilst reading a novel or flicking through a magazine.
On this establishment, there is a multitude of activities and entertainment on offer, taking account of the leisure and sports facilities on-site. There are pétanque and Home Ball courts, ping-pong tables, bouncy castles, etc. Whilst young children run around in the outdoor playground or read in the library area, older ones play each other at table football, pool or pinball. In July and August, activity leaders accommodate those aged 5 to 12 in the children’s club, offering them the chance to take part in a wide range of activities!
To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, on-site you’ll find a bread outlet, launderette and Wi-Fi coverage allowing you free Internet access. Right near the water park, a restaurant with a large shaded outdoor terrace will accommodate you in a warm, relaxed atmosphere. You can savour a cocktail here, prepared by the barman, or enjoy local cuisine during a family dinner.

Meanwhile, gourmets will be delighted to go off looking for truffles, nuts, wines, goat’s cheeses, cake made with honey, rye and aniseed, foie gras (duck or goose liver speciality), and numerous other gourmet delights, which give the region its reputation…
History and Prehistory enthusiasts can travel back in time, by going underground to admire the famous Gouffre de Padirac (series of caverns) and the Lascaux II, Grotte des Merveilles, Lacave or Grotte des Carbonnières caves. Finally, children can see the daily lives of primates in the “Forêt de Singes” safari park, and admire birds of prey and various falcons in flight in the “Rocher des Aigles” ornithological park.
