Le Bois de Bayadène is a fabulous campsite running alongside a pine forest, in the village of Piriac sur Mer. On these wooded grounds, a multitude of cottages is available for hire. During your stay on the Bois de Bayadène campsite, make the most of the delights of swimming, in the campsite’s vast water park. Open from April to the end of September, this park consists of two large heated swimming pools, including one entirely indoor, a paddling pool for the very young, Jacuzzi and four water slides for daredevils…
In July and August, be tempted by an aqua aerobics session taking place in one of the water park swimming pools. Meanwhile, your children will make new friends in one of the three mini clubs on this campsite in Piriac sur Mer. The activity leaders in the Pirates Club welcome children aged 4 to 7, and those in the Barracudas Club kids aged 8 to 11, whilst youngsters aged 12 and upwards meet up in the Ados Club (for teens). If you’re staying on this establishment outside of the summer period, you should know that young holidaymakers aged 4 to 12 can all meet up together at the Max Club.

Piriac sur Mer is a town designated a “Petite Cité de Caractère” (balancing heritage protection with the area’s development), which has retained a strong Breton identity over time. The town’s architecture inspired writers such as Alphonse Daudet and Emile Zola, having granite houses with flowering hydrangeas and hollyhocks, as well as the sandy beaches. You’ll have a very enjoyable time here, before returning to the campsite to watch evening shows organized by the cheerful campsite activity team!
Explore the Pays de Guérande region and the superb Côte d’Amour coast
This 4-star campsite is located on the border of the Loire Atlantique and Morbihan departments. The perfect location to explore the town of Guérande, the colours on its famous salt marshes varying throughout the day, the fishing boats and yachts in the port of Le Croisic and vast beach in La Baule, nine kilometres long, with magnificent villas in the shade of pines running alongside.
From Le Croisic or La Turballe, you can get the ferry to the aptly named Belle Île en Mer, the largest of the Breton islands with a unique historic heritage and protected countryside. Discover the Citadelle Vauban (citadel designed by Vauban), Grand Phare lighthouse, Pointe des Poulains peninsula and impressive needles in Port Coton. The local flora and fauna are remarkable and the landscapes quite simply breathtaking.
