Less than 5 kilometres from the Zoo des Sables d’Olonne zoo, near the wild coast, the Le Bel Air campsite is located. This outdoor establishment, with quality services, accommodates you from 15th April to 4th November 2023 and tempts you to take advantage of its multitude of attractions for an excellent holiday in the Vendée department.
Amongst the latter, the campsite's geographical location must be mentioned. Indeed, Le Bel Air is the most top-of-the-range campsite in Les Sables d’Olonne, one of the Côte de Lumière's most dynamic seaside resorts. Each season, tourist events succeed one another and the town is recognised for its multitude of summer entertainments. The coast is less than five minutes on foot from the campsite whilst the closest beach is three kilometres away.
The site on which Le Bel Air is established stretches out over several hectares of land, is significantly wooded and delightfully maintained. There are a total of 265 plots, of which the majority are now occupied by holiday hire accommodation, the remainder being intended for tents, caravans and campers. The mobile homes are divided into eleven ranges, and it is also possible to hire on-site lodges which are either studio or split-level apartments.

Throughout the season, the Le Bel Air team bend over backwards to offer holidaymakers exceptional holiday conditions. Numerous activities and entertainments are planned and provide delight to children and adults alike. In 2023, for the French holiday weekend at the beginning of November (commemorating All Saints’ Day), special “Halloween” festivities were planned and an exceptional event took place: the pétanque world champions Philippe Quintais and Philippe Suchaud came.
It is also worth noting that this Vendée campsite is equipped with a fitness room, children’s playground, and that two mini-clubs are open during the high season. The children's club welcomes those aged 4 to 10, whilst the juniors and teenagers club welcomes those aged 11 to 17 years. Various activities are on offer to them, such as sports tournaments, make-up workshops and other such pursuits. The atmosphere is fantastic.
