Le Bel Air is less than 5 kilometres from the Zoo des Sables d’Olonne zoo and close to the wild coast. There are a total of 286 plots, of which the majority are now occupied by holiday hire accommodation, the remainder being intended for tents, caravans and campers. The mobile homes are divided into six ranges and it is also possible to hire on-site lodges which are either studio or split level apartments.
