Keen on offering modern and comfortable holiday rentals to its guests, this Vendée campsite notably offers the Orque mobile home. It includes a fully equipped American kitchen, a master bedroom with a shower and WC, two further lovely bedrooms and a second bathroom. Located by the fishing lake, the exterior of the mobile home also has everything to delight you, and there is a magnificent garden furniture set with sunloungers on the terrace. Worth noting that this accommodation has an air conditioning system!

To give you the opportunity to have fun throughout your stay, this establishment is equipped with a multitude of facilities and amenities set aside for leisure. You can make the most of a football pitch, ping-pong tables, children’s playgrounds, but also a library.
La Ferme du Latois also boasts a magnificent water park! On-site, a heated outdoor pool and children’s paddling pool but also numerous water slides await you! All around this area, numerous and comfortable sunloungers have also been set up. Be aware that there is direct access to the brasserie terrace from the swimming pool, so that you can cool down and have something to eat between dives!
Children are the centre of attention on this Coëx campsite! They can go to the mini-club and take part in numerous activities and entertainment. One example of an activity, among others, is children having to find stickers on the campsite, using a small adventure booklet. This enables them to take advantage of a surprise at the restaurant and win a gift at reception. An opportunity for them to get to know each other, whilst having fun!

In the Vendée, gastronomy has a place of honour! Here guests can enjoy excellent pizzas, burgers, salads and regional specialities, at the campsite bistrot restaurant. You can also do your shopping right in the heart of the village, as La Ferme du Latois has a small mini-market selling great local products! For those who wish to go out and directly meet the Vendée producers, you should know that numerous markets take place in the areas around Coëx, such as the market in Brétignolles sur Mer or that of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie.
Situated a stone's throw from the campsite, the Lac du Jaunay lake and the Lac d’Apremont reservoir are must-sees in the Vendée. On the latter you can, in particular, go on pedalos, do canoeing and even wakeboarding! You can also make the most of various picnic tables and the beach, with its children’s play area. In addition, a large inflatable structure is set up in the middle of the lake for the entire summer! Are you keen on historic heritage? A magnificent medieval castle towers above this leisure area, and is open to the public.
Located on the Côte de Lumière (Vendée coast), the village of Coëx is near a wealth of attractions. From La Ferme du Latois, it is only a few minutes by car before you reach the pretty little seaside resorts of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Brétignolles sur Mer or Saint Hilaire de Riez. Once on-site, you will discover varied landscapes among beaches, marshes, small villages and forests.
