A campsite just a stone's throw from the beach
It is on the famous Côte de Lumière coast, in the Vendée, in the vicinity of the La Tranche sur Mer seaside resort that the Les Rouillères campsite is located. This sandy beach hurtles along the Réserve Naturelle Nationale de la Casse de la Belle Henriette national nature reserve, which extends over 337 hectares. By the coast it links the towns of La Tranche sur Mer and La Faute sur Mer. The environment is entirely protected here and the surrounding countryside is composed of wild dunes. You can swim here but also spread out your towel in complete peace to rest and get a tan, whilst children are busy building sandcastles.
