This Vendée luxury campsite has in recent decades developed to now become a magnificent 4-star establishment, never losing sight of the founding values of simplicity, hospitality and authenticity. The 4 hectares of lush grounds between the sea and countryside form a wellness cocoon, for a holiday with a change of scenery in the Côte de Lumière sunshine.
In the heart of this high-end campsite in Les Sables d’Olonne, you’ll find a superb water park, consisting of a large indoor swimming pool, heated to between 26°C and 28°C and relaxation area with sunloungers to read, chat and relax. Right nearby, a 20 m² paddling pool with a small water slide decorated with a cute ceramic toucan amuses toddlers, enabling them to develop and have fun safely in the water, under their parents’ supervision. The most intrepid are thrilled to dash to the large water slide!
Yet that’s not all! Le Petit Paris also has a large lagoon swimming pool, with a lovely white sandy beach running alongside, and large timber terrace surrounded by lush greenery. Open from mid-May to the end of September, you can relax thanks to the pool’s massage jets, and bask in the sunshine whilst youngsters build sandcastles! If you love waves and surfing, the Tanchet beach, renowned for board sports is only 3.5 kilometres from the campsite.

You can stay in timber chalets, laid out Lodge tents, “Standard” or “Confort” (Comfort) mobile homes, cottages suitable for people with reduced mobility or even a genuine gypsy caravan, the layout having a kitchenette and bathroom, able to accommodate up to 4 people!
The campsite also offers you the chance to stay in a lush district, and make the most of high-end facilities in the Premium cottages for 4 to 6 people. These ultra comfortable timber-clad cottages offer a view over the meadow and the campsite’s farm animals, from their covered terrace. The Premium cabins with private SPA are inspired by beach huts and blend harmoniously into the campsite’s lush surroundings, whilst offering a luxurious and spacious living environment and high-end facilities. Campers and camper van enthusiasts can also enjoy Premium facilities, by booking comfortable pitches with a minimum surface area of 110 m², having a private sanitary block and kitchen area.
Within this haven of greenery located near the Vendée coast, there is a small grocery for emergencies, bread and sweetbreads and buns for breakfast. You’ll also find the “Chez Gaby” snack bar – bar, open every day in July and August. You can have a drink on the restaurant terrace, whilst your children have fun in the wooden playground nearby. During the school summer holidays, activity leaders at the kids club welcome youngsters aged 4 to 12 every week from Monday to Friday.

Owing to being the start and finish point for single-hull boats taking part in this round-the-world race. That being said, this Vendée town is also renowned for the long sandy beaches and leisure and tourist activities.
The Zoo des Sables zoo, with 500 exotic animals is an essential family trip. As is a walk in the picturesque Ile Penotte district with hollyhocks and houses having cockleshell mosaic facades. You’ll also enjoy going round the salt marshes which punctuate the Olonne region, testament to the history and local heritage here. At Les Salines, the “salt adventure park”, you can have a boat or canoe trip on a saltwater river, and children can harvest their own salt.
History lovers can visit the Musée des Traditions Populaires (museum of traditions and history) in Olonne sur Mer, which plunges visitors into local life in the 1920s. In contrast, those keen on art can discover temporary and permanent exhibitions in the Musée d'Art Moderne et Contemporain (modern and contemporary art museum) in the Abbaye Sainte-Croix abbey, hence known as MASC.
