Several save paths run from the property to the beach. These paths, running through the dune strip, allow the guests of La Pomme de Pin to reach the beach quickly, without meeting any cars.

It extends over a surface area of 5 hectares, and brings together some 280 pitches, all being occupied by rental accommodation.
