Saint-Jean-de-Monts, with fine sandy beaches and natural landscapes, is heaven for lovers of water sports, seaside walks or even shore fishing. This destination is also an excellent starting point for exploring the Vendée islands, and immersing yourself in local culture.
During your stay, you should also visit the Puy du Fou. This theme park unique of its kind offers impressive shows, historic reconstructions, immersive productions and even shows with Vikings, Musketeers (French soldiers in the 17th and 18th centuries) or the Knights of the Round Table.
Lastly you can go to the fishing port of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie to enjoy the famous local sardines, before strolling through the lively streets of the town centre.
