Spread over wooded grounds, at a 350-metre altitude, the campsite accommodation (new mobile homes, chalets and holiday cottages) has been designed to blend harmoniously into the landscape. With just 44 holiday rentals, there's an intimate atmosphere here, far from the hubbub and crowds.
Each holiday rental is fully equipped, having a private terrace. Some gîtes (holiday cottages), tastefully renovated, retain the charm of traditional Ardéche buildings, constructed with stones from the river, whilst offering modern facilities and a breathtaking view over the Ardèche river.

Following the river upstream, near the village of Thueyts, 3.7 kilometres from the campsite, you can discover the Pont du Diable (Devil’s Bridge). This is an impressive stone monument built 17 metres above the Ardèche river, dating back to the 18th century. Although this magnificent site offers a spectacular view over the basalt flows, it is also a renowned location for wild swimming, and one of the best via ferratas in the department.
Heritage lovers are by no means found wanting. Meyras and Jaujac, two designated heritage villages amongst the most picturesque in France, are just a few kilometres from Domaine de la Plage. You can also discover the Maison du Parc des Monts d’Ardèche visitor centre in Jaujac, and Ventadour and Castrevieille castles.
