The Domaine du Colombier, the jewel of the French Riviera
If there is a high-end campsite in Fréjus, it is definitely le Domaine du Colombier. Member of the Yelloh! Village chain, this establishment deserves its 5 stars at any point. The high-end facilities and the luxury accommodations guarantee an exceptional and unforgettable stay for tourists who choose to come to this holiday resort.
Designer accommodation for comfortable nights
The Domaine du Colombier, or simply Club Colombier, is located on the heights of Fréjus, only 4.5 kilometres from the beaches of this well-known seaside resort in the Var. It shares one of the most beautiful bays of the French Riviera with the neighbouring town Saint Raphaël. Although it opened its doors already in 1963, making this village club one of the oldest in the region, it remains one of the most beautiful and most modern campsites. This ancientness also brings an advantage: the campsite is settled in a park that is nowadays very verdant and proliferates with thousands of colours! The mimosas, Provençal cypresses and other palms have now reached the age of reason, and give all necessary shade to the 383 camping pitches, of which two-thirds are occupied by rental homes.
This accommodation has all the characteristics of modern, functional and high-end cottages. Decorated with care and corresponding to a variety of themes reflecting the originality of this establishment, from the typical Provençal decoration to African designs, including themes like tropical, contemporary or indeed marine. These cottages are simply unique models proving, once again, the luxury positioning of the Domaine du Colombier.
Comfortable from any perspective, some of these cottages even have air conditioning, satellite HD TV, a dishwasher and many other facilities to discover for yourself...
A Village Club with modern and high-end facilities
The Domaine du Colombier has exceptional facilities. Its water park, 3,600 m² of heated pools and sunbathing areas, is a dream setting for anyone who likes swimming and water games. This water park is a true magnet to the guests of Club Colombier, with its water slides, its artificial river, its paddling pool, its submerged beaches and its palm trees.
In addition to this 3,600 m² water park, open for everybody, a 1,600 m² semi-covered Balneotherapy area is set aside for adults. Aqua bike, aqua elliptical trainer, aqua trekking and aqua trampoline, a whole range of water activities awaits guests wishing to keep in shape during their stay.
Although Balneotherapy helps to improve your physical condition, for all that everyone’s well-being is very important on this 5-star campsite. A Spa will help you take care of your body and face. Various types of massages and beauty treatments are offered to residents who can also enjoy a herbal tea room to relax and unwind…
Amongst the other facilities, services and entertainment on the Domaine du Colombier campsite, we mention the multiple sports fields and play areas, the restaurants “Le Panoramique” and “Le Paillotte”. There are also golf carts allowing you to move quickly and easily over the entire property, three children's clubs, with a "baby" area for those aged 1 to 5 years, lively evenings and the soundproofed Events room to dance all night long to wild rhythms!
