The campsite, wooded and verdant, becomes harmoniously integrated into the protected natural space of the Étangs de Villepey (well-known lakes), one of the last humid and natural areas of the region, of which 260 hectares extend over the Argens Delta and are home to particularly remarkable fauna and flora.
By the water, La Plage d’Argens beach also has direct access to the Saint Aygulf beach, hardly 600 metres away. A public footpath enables you to get there in a few minutes walk or, for those who wish to, by gypsy caravan! The campsite also has its own landing stage on the Argens river, and a diving centre takes advantage of the presence of the latter to offer holidaymakers the possibility of boarding a boat to then go to the surrounding area’s most beautiful diving spots!
The perfect campsite to laze around in the Fréjus sunshine...
Nestling in the greenery, the pitches and holiday rentals of the Fréjus campsite enable it to propose a comprehensive and varied offer, so as to satisfy everyone’s needs. The plots, planted with grass, can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. They extend over a surface area of between 80 and 100 m², able to accommodate tents, caravans and camper vans.
Holiday rentals are made up of different ranges of mobile homes, of which the Privilège Club are the most top-of-the range, with their very latest facilities, with bed and bathroom linen supplied, as are the bicycles made available to their occupants. Lastly, we also find at La Plage d’Argens out-of-the-ordinary cabins, which enable you to camp off the beaten track! Tents on piles, some of which are set up opposite the Argens river, enable holidaymakers to make the most of an idyllic location by the water…It is also worth noting that the campsite’s residential areas are now entirely pedestrianised for greater peace and quiet and safety.
This campsite has moved upmarket with every passing season, and each year is the opportunity to offer new facilities to holidaymakers. Amongst its recent achievements, we can mention the pedestrianisation of the heart of the camping village, but also the entire refurbishment of its restaurant, the addition of a new terrace to this, the overhaul of the bar, the grocery and the reception. These services which have now been transformed enable us to offer you a cosy style and atmosphere at this village where you can very much laze around and chill during the summer!
The Plage d’Argens has a wonderful aquatic park. Entirely refurbished in 2017, this now has certain similarities to a genuine temple of well-being and aquatic pleasure. It consists of a large swimming pool heated to 27°C, a paddling pool for children, 2 Jacuzzis as well as 2 water slides. Around the pools, there are a multitude of sunloungers and parasols, as well as a cosy and chill out cabin with luxury mattresses…

On site, holidaymakers can also enjoy an extensive programme of activities and entertainment. Aquaerobics sessions in the swimming pool, but also surfing and stand up paddle competitions, pétanque tournaments, bicycle trips out, Laser Game, hoverboard trips, handicraft workshops, visits to the animals and the kitchen garden of the neighbouring educational farm, workshops exploring the fauna and flora of the Étangs de Villepey, and other activities. Above all, holidays are made for enjoying yourself and the entire family can make the most of it!
In 2018, a new stage was opened, enabling the accommodation of evening shows, cabaret evenings, concerts and other dancing nights on the campsite. Various lounge areas were also set up and sportsmen and sportswomen can now make the most of a completely new multi sports ground.
To have fun and have a great time off the campsite, you can go on foot to Aqualand de Fréjus (a water park). This is located less than 1.5 kilometres from the La Plage d’Argens and adjoins a Luna Park (a theme park) as well as a karting circuit! There are therefore numerous and varied possibilities for entertainment around the campsite. In Fréjus, the summer season is the opportunity to organise a multitude of tourist events, such as the Theatre Festival, “Les Nuits Aunéliennes”, taking place in the unique setting of the town’s Roman theatre, or even concerts scheduled as part of the Festival “Les Nuits de Fréjus” and others.
