Open from April to the 30th September, Mane Guernehué is a remarkable high-end campsite. Located in Baden, a community in the Gulf of Morbihan, in southern Brittany, this establishment offers 377 pitches spread over a twenty-acres area to welcome its guests. These can enjoy spacious and comfortable pitches, lawned and semi-shaded, to put their tent, caravan or camper.
As for the rentals, they are many and varied. There are a dozen cottages and apartments, which, even if they are situated outside the property (about 500 meters), reconcile the comfort of a home and the joys of camping. Inside the campsite, a wide choice of chalets and mobile homes is offered. Although they are all modern and well-equipped, we make a special mention of the Patio holiday-hire range and the Ty Bihan chalets, as well as the new Zen Premium cottages, carefully designed accommodation with high-end comfort!
These are located in an entirely pedestrianised and landscaped area. With a surface area of 38 m², the Zen PremIum cottages offer 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 5 people. With their vast convivial space, their large semi-covered terrace with an integrated living area, as well as their Premium high-end facilities, there is no doubt that they will meet with unanimous approval in the opinion of holidaymakers.

Activities for all on the campsite
A family campsite par excellence, this establishment offers many activities for young and old alike. Residents can also enjoy a wide range of facilities, to sport, have fun or to relax.
The main facility on the Mane Ghernehué campsite is, of course, its water park. Consisting of an outdoor area, which has seen a doubling of its surface area, with the creation of an aquatic play area, as well as an indoor area, it is one of the largest water parks of the department. The covered area, heated at 29° C, is equipped with a large pool for swimming and aquagym lessons, a children's pool, a toboggan and a whirlpool.
The heated outdoor aquatic area consists of 3 large pools: the first one for swimming, the second one a landing pool for the water slide and the 5-lane water slide, and the aqua play lagoon. This latter includes a paddling pool and water games as as well as several bubble baths and an upstream river. With the new aquatic play area on the campsite, youngsters can play in complete safety, with no limits thanks to water games, atomisers and water jets. Older children can share times of intense delight with pouring buckets, water cannons, waterfalls, water slides, fast-flowing rivers and a host of other exciting experiences. The water park, the water play park and the indoor pool are open from the opening of the campsite on 5th April 2019. Around this area, a 200 m² sunbathing area, is equipped with sun loungers to the delight of lovers of idleness!
They can also take advantage of the “Douc’heure du Golfe” Spa, and the campsite's wellness and relaxation area. It includes a sauna, a hammam, a whirlpool, senses stimulating showers, a tea bar, and a massage and body treatment area. To fully enjoy this facility, parents can drop their kids in one of the two campsite's clubs. The "Boutchou" takes care of the 5 to 7 years old, while the "Junior" offers many sports and fun activities for 7 to 12 year old kids. The teens’ club offers activities specific to those aged 13 - 17.
Sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the multi-sports facility, the zip lines, the new treetop adventure park, the mini-golf course, the beach volleyball court, and even one of the numerous sports activities and tournaments run by the activity leaders for exercising. There is also at the Mane Guernehué campsite a riding school, offering horse rides or riding lessons, as well as a fishing lake!
Walks and discoveries in the south of Brittany
A real inland sea dotted with islands and islets, the Gulf of Morbihan is a popular holiday spot in the south of Brittany. Note that it enjoys an exceptional micro climate with more than 2050 sun hours per year, 300 hours more than in Brest, 180 kilometres further West! With little rainfall and mild temperatures throughout the year, the success of a holiday in the Gulf of Morbihan is guaranteed, especially as there are many tourist sights and activities in the region.
When you stay on the Mane Ghernehué campsite, it thus only takes a few minutes to get to Port Blanc, the Baden seaside resort From here it is possible to take a boat to reach the Ile aux Moines, the largest island in the Gulf, whose legendary beauty can be discovered along its coastal paths.
The medieval town of Vannes is only 15 km from the campsite. Protected by its walls, the city centre of Vannes has an important historical heritage. From the campsite it is also possible to reach promptly the town of Carnac, which has the largest concentration of menhirs in the world. The Quiberon Peninsula, the island of Belle Île en Mer and the island of Houat, are amongst the other major tourist sights near Mane Ghernehué.
