A 4-star campsite in Lacanau
Midway between the commune Lacanau and its seaside resort Lacanau Océan, Talaris Vacances is established in the heart of a wooded and verdant site, nestled in the heart of the Forêt du Taillan Médoc (a forest in the Médoc region). Ideally situated, this campsite is barely a hundred metres from the banks of Lac de Lacanau (the Lacanau lake) and a quarter of an hour by road from the first-class ocean beaches.
Close to Carcans and Hourtin, this 4-star Médoc campsite offers its holidaymakers a wide choice of hire accommodation and equipped pitches, within a lovely ten-hectare park. Whilst the plots intended to accommodate campers and their tent, caravan, and/or campers have a surface area varying between 80 to 100 m², that of the hire accommodation at Talaris Vacances varies between 16 to 51 m².
Amongst the numerous accommodation types on this campsite, there are traditional mobile homes and chalets, but also more out of the ordinary lodge tents and our Kooniguy offer, cabins on stilts with, get this, their own jacuzzi!
It is also worth noting that by choosing to book a stay in our Top Presta accommodation, holidaymakers may take advantage, even within their hired accommodation of air conditioning, a television and a dishwasher, for an even more comfortable stay.
Top services and activities!
As regards services, this luxury Gironde campsite has not skimped on its outlay, as on-site holidaymakers may take advantage of a restaurant, a snack bar, a takeaway service, a bar, a grocery as well as a launderette with washing machines and tumble dryers. At reception, we can give those curious to know have tourist advice and information and Wi-Fi is available there. The main shops and supermarkets are moreover hardly 5 kilometres from the site.
Although the beaches of the Lac de Lacanau and the Atlantic Ocean are located not far from the campsite, we do have here, all the same, an incredible aquatic complex. It is made up of two heated indoor pools, a paddling pool for the very young as well as several water slides, each more amazing than the others. The most crazy amongst them is the SpaceBowl, where daredevils are thrown into a giant spin, after they have hurtled down a long tubular water slide!
Amongst the other leisure equipments at Talaris Vacances, we should mention the Carabouille play area, which never fails to please children and the inflatable play area, which is just as fun. There is also the multi-sports ground, the beach volleyball court, the area for playing boules, the games room or even ping-pong tables that they will enjoy.
